Contract:
This confirms our contracting agreement: we agree that: John and/or Ryan Birchard, shall provide their services to photograph your wedding and related events to the best of our abilities, and shall provide products and services indicated on pages 3 and 4 of this agreement.

Retainer and Payment:
The client shall send a retainer deposit of $250 with this signed contract, to reserve the date and services for the Wedding. The remaining balance due for photographing the wedding and all charges incurred in presenting and delivering proof/prints will be due and payable at the end of the wedding. Please arrange this with a parent or Best Man. No part of any order will be delivered or uploaded to the Web until the balance is paid in full. The Photographers shall refund to the clients the $250. retainer in full in the event of cancellation or postponement of the Wedding up to 60 days before the event. The retainer is not refundable after 60 days prior to the event unless photography of this event is not be possible due to fire or other casualty, act of God, or other illness. In this case, the Photographer shall return the money paid as retainer, to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This liability (return of $250. retainer) shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in shipping, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.

Photographers:
John and/or Ryan Birchard will be the exclusive professional photographer(s) hired to photograph this wedding, and may bring one assistant at their discretion. Guests are always allowed to take photos as well.

Copyright and Reproductions:
Client agrees that all right, and copyrights and/or any intellectual property rights for all photographs, taken pursuant to this Agreement shall vest exclusively in the Photographer. The Photographer may use photographs and/or negatives taken pursuant to this Agreement in the promotion of his services. The right to edit content for public use is granted to the Wedding couple.
In exchange for agreed upon compensation, the wedding couple will receive a CD or DVD containing high resolution digital files of all photographic images from the wedding. John Birchard also grants to the wedding couple unlimited license to print, share, and otherwise publish any and all of the images on the CD or DVD.

An elopement package when it's just the two of you. This package includes 90 minutes of photography at your wedding and nearby locations, and a CD containing all the high-resolution image files (75-100 images). All images will be uploaded free to your Internet album.
